Are there any contracts?
Nope! You pay month to month and you can cancel at anytime.
What counts as a message?
Each message that is sent to a cell phone counts as a message (1 message sent to 100 people = 100 messages).
Do credits roll over?
Yes, we offer rollover credits on all of our Monthly plans for your convenience.
What is a keyword?
Keywords are awesome tools that allow people to join your mobile list by texting that word to 545454. Text Express to 545454. (Express is the keyword) You can learn more about them here.
What happens if I use all my messages or go over?
If you find yourself running low, you can always purchase additional messages in your account that never expire.
Do you charge for incoming messages?
Yes. Our service is very affordable and we can't keep it that way if we give it away for free.
Can I change my plan at anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at anytime. Simply email us at [email protected] and let us know how you would like to change your plan.
How fast are messages delivered?
Within seconds. We don't call it Express for nothing.
Do you sell lists or numbers?
NO, and please don't ask us where you can buy them. This practice is not condoned by ExpressText, is very distasteful, breaks many MMA regulations and is possibly illegal. If you'd like to know how to build a list, we can help you.
Can you create a custom package for me?
Sure. We have all sorts of extra packages laying around the workshop that we can mix and match for you. Give us a call. We can work something out.
How do I cancel my account?
Simply email [email protected] from your registered email address on file stating you'd like to cancel your account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take precious metals, diamonds and stock options from the Fortune 500. If you don't want to part with any of those, then these 4 major credit cards will do.
